The Bottom Front Of My Right Foot Feels Like There

The bottom front of my right foot feels like there is something there when I step on it but there is nothing when you touch it , plus I cant wear high heel shoes on that particular foot, please suggest something I have a wedding to go to in a couple months not sure what is causing this thank you
