The bridge of my sons know near the top got hit earlier with a Nerf gun and it actually has a bluish black small bruised area and looks a little swollen like a bump which showed up within 30 minutes after it happened No signs of nose bleed Says it feels kind of numb and one way and then has pain in another way My instinct is to put ice and take some ibuprofen Are there any other suggestions especially for how to sleep tonight and should I be concerned at the bruising and bump
