The Doctor At Urgent Care Gave Me Prednisone 20 Mg,

The doctor at urgent care gave me prednisone 20 mg, 2 tablets a day for 5 days, I still have new red spots, he diagnosed my problem as contact dermatitis...should I see my doctor, I just finished the prescription this morning, or should I wait a couple of days to see if it will go away. It still itches.....should I use cortisone cream?
