The Doctor Has Told Me That I Have Folic Acid

The doctor has told me that I have folic acid deficiency and it is duo ble but when are the symptoms go away? My tounge and mouth hurts I am extremely tired and hurting all time. I have like a tunnel vision sometimes my hearing is like I can have banging noises and I have a 5 year old son! My mum as started having chemotherapy for breast dance my great aunt had a mastectomy in her fourties my grandma died with it at the age of 56 I have also been sober for 7 years I want to know when will I feel normal
