The Doctor Yesterday Prescribed Permethrin Cream For My Burning Itchy

The doctor yesterday prescribed permethrin cream for my burning itchy rash. I used it overnight and then showered and have been needing and using his prescribed hydroxyzine...My itch now since this a.m. is severely itching. It isn't being helped by the hydroxyzine. What do I do now?
