The Dose Of Inderol That I Usually Would Take, Isn't

The dose of inderol that I usually would take, isn't working anymore. I'm 72, and have had panic attacks most of my life, I could take 5 mg. am, pm, and 15 h.s. After a steroid pack for a sinus infection I only got through 4 doses and had to stop, I was so manic and felt so bad I had to stop it.. The first nite I took 20 mg. then an hour and 1/2 I had to take more, that was last Tuesday...my B/P so tongues to be high, and I can't sleep...what are my chances of this getting better..? Would I be better off on a time release tab? Ever since a major knee repair every thing has eascalated. Thank you!
