The Entrance To My Uretha Is Quite Red, At The

The entrance to my uretha is quite red, at the tip of the penis. I have had one wart there before, and it was cured with freezing treatment.

However, a similar spot of skin is quite red, and ever so slightly raised - to the left of the uretha opening.

Is this another wart growing ?
