The Eye Skin Over Both Retinas Of Both Eyes Has

The eye skin over both retinas of both eyes has been peeled off leaving a thin hole of missing skin in front of the retinas. I feel a dull intense pain and there was some bleeding of the eye, what should I do, I can still see, but had to rest my eye closed after a short while because the pain starts to increase after about 1/2 hour or less. Will it heal up, the eye skin over the retinas?
