The Fingers On My Left Hand Are Moving Slowly But

The fingers on my left hand are moving slowly but without my trying to make them move. I also am having imaginary feelings in my left forearm and hand ie: feeling coins, balls, tight strings, stretching rubberbands, door knobs,etc., springy coils etc. This has been going on constantly since yesterday evening.
