The First Day Of My Last Period Was Oct.14th 2015.

The first day of my last period was oct.14th 2015. I have a 38 day cycle so my next period was suppose to be nov. 21st. I didnt get my period so nov.24th i went to the doctor and they took a urine sample but the test came back negative. It is december 14th and i still havent gotten my period. I have taken two home pregnancy test and im still getting negative. Also the first time i was pregnant with my son all the home pregnancy test came back negative until the doctors took a blood test when i was 6 weeks and it was positive. Am i pregnant? Me and my husband have been trying for the past 5 months.
