The Hands Are Dark Looking Almost Purplish, Swelling , Hot

The hands are dark looking almost purplish, swelling , hot scaly, blisters sometimes. This has been going on for about 2 or 3 years, I have been to several doctors and some says it exama. I have tried different creams and medicines, sometimes they burn me so bad I have to put them in ice water. Can you suggest anything,
