The Inside Of My Mouth, Especialy On The Sides (inside

The inside of my mouth, especialy on the sides (inside of cheeks), is inflamed, red and painful. The sides of my tongue are also red and have soreness. there are NO blisters or "sores." There are a few red spots on the roof of the mouth but they are not raised, nor are they blisters. No fever or sore throat.
