The Inside Of My Nose Is Red Raw All Along

The inside of my nose is red raw all along the septum on the right side. This side is also sticking out like a lump, which is hard and runs the length of the septum. It is not causing pain currently, just blocking the airway slightly so I cannot sniff as effectively as on the other side.
