The Inside Of My Nostrils Keep Scabbing Up On The

The inside of my nostrils keep scabbing up on the inside it's been happening for years I have to pull the scab out because it starts to look like a hard gloop. It's like a wound inside my nostrils and im worried of developing scar tissue and it interfering with my breathing. I tried Bactroban or bacitracin but no healing. It's bothersome it's starts to bleed. My eyes water and it hurts. I never scratched it . It may seem small but it's annoying
