The Inside Of My Upper Lip Feels Like It Is

The inside of my upper lip feels like it is swollen and puffy. Then throughout the day it feels like it is secreting a sticky thick mucus or saliva. It just feels weird. My lip does not look swollen to look at me but I can feel it inside. I have taken allergy pills the doctor gave me a week of steriods. Doctor did not see anything but I know something is going on.
