The Job That I Did For 22 Years Straight Was

The job that I did for 22 years straight was a very strenuous' physical job , I got a job as a Valet Parker at a new Casino in Las Vegas, NV. When I started I was around 23 years old, in Las Vegas then , we were making really good money, so we tolerated the excessive Heat in summer, & cold enough in winter, there were many days that I ran for 8 hours a day , 5 days a week without any breaks at all. Plus the mental' pressure sometimes added was a real test the amount of miles that I ran , I can't imagine now I have issues with my feet, leg-joints, plus I was "hit by a car...twice one resulted in orthroscopic surgery, I've been to a Podiatrist, she told me I have nerve & blood vessel damage, and I'm prone to infection in my feet, and I was once hospitalized with Cellulitis in my left foot, What can I do to avoid any further problems?
