The Last 2 Days Been Cleaning Tax Files Bending And

The last 2 days been cleaning tax files bending and squatting and up and down a ladder, now when I squat or climb stairs the pain is on the back of the outside of my knee. The ligament in that area is swollen and if I squat I can not get up right away and the pain is very intense.
