The Last Few Days Ive Had Numbness Above My Front

The last few days Ive had numbness above my front teeth (no pain, gums are not swollen or red). I did fall down a couple stairs last week and landed on my back. Ive had neck pain (nothing severe) the last few days as well. Also stuffy nose & sinus pain. Wondering if this is dental or sinuses. I do have a 7 yr old crown on one front tooth but i get reg dental cleanings and that tooth/crown looks fine.
