The Last Few Days After Waking Up And Going To

The last few days after waking up and going to the bathroom my pee looks like root beer and smells. The rest of the day it looks normal. My back hurts and I have a pain in my right side. I went in a week ago thinking I had the onset of a bladder infection but they said no. The pain on the left side gets so bad during the night I can't sleep on that side till I go to the bathroom.

I'm not going to pay because the site said it's free advise.
