The Last Few Days My Heart Races When I Stand

The last few days my heart races when I stand up and take just a few steps, as if I had been jogging. I also get a weird warm sensation in my head and feel like I have a temperature. I also feel weak and fatigued with very little energy. Any ideas what could be wrong?
