The Last Few Months I Have Had A Strong Offensive

The last few months I have had a strong offensive body odor. Also have noticed green ting to urine.
I am a seventy three year old female who was diagnosed a few years ago itch lichen schlerosis of the genitals. Other than that nothing but high BP and high cholesterol.
