The Last Two Days I Have Felt Like I Have

The last two days I have felt like I have indigestion, however tonight I started feeling this tightness in my the middle of my chest and and center of my back also swollening it feels like a lump in my throat. I took and ansperin and it has eased up I am debating going to the emergency room.
