The Last Two Night I Have Woke Up With The

The last two night I have woke up with the watering of the mouth and the throw up feeling and stomach pain but I dont throw up. If I lay on my side the pain the pain and throw up symptons will come back again. I just cam back from Beleize 7 days ago dont know if drinking the water created something or not.
