The Last Week Of June I Thought I Got A

The last week of June I thought I got a splinter or a sliver of glass in my finger, couldn't ever see anything. Couple days later it was red and had a plus build-up which I relieved with a clean needle and a little pressure. Then the nail seemed to start coming loose at tip and nail bed is discolored. But the worse part is the excruciating pain many times a day that I have to take 1000 mg of Tylenol for about every 2 hours. I also have SLE, Raynaud's, Sjogren's, etc. Seen 3 doctors in last 4 weeks... no help. Any ideas or recommendations?
