The left pelvocaluceal system and left ureter are dilated. The distal segment is obscured by overlying bowel gas. What is the meaning of this? Please Kindly explain it to me. Im afraid that this is serious. I have my creatinine, uric acid check everything is normal. I also have my urine check no blood but have a pus cells 30 -35. Thank you
