The Left Side Of My Body, Especially The Left Side

The left side of my body, especially the left side of the forehead, arm and leg feels numb. It isn't like i can't feel anything but things just doesn't feel like it normally does. Also The left side of the chest, just above the diaphragm feels tingly and weird. My heart beat seems to be irregular and tummy kind of hurts too. What is exactly happening
