The Left Side Of My Face Is Broken Out With

The left side of my face is broken out with what looks like hives from my mouth all the way back to my ear. I also have a small lump behind my left ear that looks like a mosquito bite with white spots. The spots itch and when it first started I had a sore throat but only where the bump behind my ear was.
