The Left Side Of My Face Is Numb. Began 2

The left side of my face is numb. Began 2 months ago occasionally. . As of about a week ago it is now constant. I had 9 blood work tests done Friday, they all came back fine. I have an appointment with a neurologist on Friday and an mri being scheduled (eventually I guess). No one is telling me what the possibilities are and is kinda freaking me out. I drive truck for a living, so it's hard to make appointments. I just want to know the good the bad and the ugly so to speak
