The Ligament Under My Tongue Is Swollen, But Does Not

The ligament under my tongue is swollen, but does not hurt. It has two very small white bumps and one larger white bump where it attaches to the gums behind my bottom teeth. I have had it about 2 weeks. I had a similar growth several months ago that went away. I have LPR. could reflux cause this? I have had recurring ulcers in the back of my throat and on true vocal chords.
