The Muscle Stiffness And Numbness Went From The Sole Of
The muscle stiffness and numbness went from the sole of my feet to my abs and now 4 fingers?
It started from the sole of both feet. slowly went up to my shin, knee abs and 4 fingers. It started on my pinky of my hands first on both sides then to my ring to middle to pointing. It all happened on both sides at the same time.
My work is lifting truck tires. dismounting and remounting. I had some pain in my lower back but not much. it went away after a while of working there. I recently bought new boots and added extra incent for cushion because walking on concrete for 8 hours. it start around the same time when I bought those new steel toes boots.
The ER did cat scan and blood sample, said was normal. primary care did blood sample and said am low on vitamin D. they also gave me steroids which isn't helping. Nothing I feeling is in pain. no injuries. they said maybe a pinch nerve.
My family has a history of auto immune disease. my sister has MS. I also am diagnose with anxiety depression.
