The Next Morning After Having Unprotected Sex I Woke With

The next morning after having unprotected sex I woke with spots on the tip of my penis almost looking like sun spots I have noticed no effect on my body other than that they don't hurt aren't raised or anything but they are there and it is really freaking me out the only other thing I have perhaps noticed is maybe loss of appetite. Please help
