The Only Symptom Of Gerd That I Have Is Continuous

The only symptom of Gerd that I have is continuous burping throughout the day for over a month. I have taken Prilesec all of that time and doesn't seem to help. Is there a disease that has only burping causing the problem? Should I have a endoscopy or Upper GI? Thank you..
