The Opening To My Left Nostril Got Like A Bump

The opening to my left nostril got like a bump on it. At first I thought it was a pimple but it has gotten much bigger. It's hard and hurts and now the outside has become swollen and red too. I tried to pop it but all that came out was a little bit of fluid and blood. What is it and should I see a doctor?
