The Other Day I Have Been Feeling A Sore Sensation

The other day I have been feeling a sore sensation around my clitoris area. I didn't think much of it until recently where it has swelled up to a size of a chickpea, making closing my legs painful as well as moving around. It's right above my clitoris. Painful when touched. I'm not sexually active so I'm not sure what it could be. I've never been to a gynecologist so I'm a little afraid of going to see one.. Does anyone know what it could possibly be?
