The Other Day My Husband And I Were Driving Out

The other day my husband and I were driving out of town. As soon as we left the driveway, I started losing my vision. Everything started turning white and I had sharp pain in my sinus' and head was tingling. Then I started to drool vomit and was not responding , according to my husband. When he got to respond , I had no idea what had just happened, but felt just fine. What could this have been?
