The Other Night I Started Have What Felt Like Heart

The other night I started have what felt like heart fluttering. It went on for about 30 _45 mins. Since then I've had a mild but very noticeable tightness in my chest and back left side. It feels like my back is out and or something sitting on my chest. It has not gotten horribly pain but almost constant. I have had a bad cough at night. I have a history of bronchitis and have been a smoker of 30 yrs. I do also have high blood pressure controlled with meds, and recently have tryglis over 900. I'm trying to wait until Monday to make an appt but I am a little concerned. Although I also wonder if it seems consent because I'm worried.
