The Other Night I Went Out For Dinner. I Had

The other night I went out for dinner. I had a tiny amount of pork and then felt that this lead to an acute headache and a sore throat. Throughout the night I felt like I could not move my head and my throat became extremely sore.
The next day I felt tired and still headachy and sore throat.
After a day I felt slightly better.
By the third night I woke with pain in both my eyes. Sharp pain.
By the morning it had gone but now one side of my bottom lip is swollen.
Is this an allergic reaction?
