The Other Night After A Gym Session I Got Back

The other night after a gym session I got back to my home and then after about half hour my vision went partially for about 10 minutes I couldn't read certain things, the tv picture was blurry and my partners face was unclear on one side. It scared me now I've noticed a strange metallic taste in my mouth and after speaking with a friend she mentioned that her relative had metallic taste and dizziness and they're looking into tests for a brain tumour.. Would it be advisable to book an appointment with my doctor?
