The Pain I'm Experiencing Is Under My Right Breast Radiating

The pain I'm experiencing is under my right breast radiating to my waist, from my right side to just under the inside area under the right breast. When I press down on the area, there is no additional pain. The pain is not severe but nagging. At the same time, i have a sharp pain in my left shoulder, mid way down which I can touch with my right hand, under my left arm.
