The Past 6months Have Been Going Thru Feeling Foggy Dizziness

The past 6months have been going thru feeling foggy Dizziness more foggy,Ive taken a number of test ,nothing everything fine, sleep study says apnea, sleep with machine ,symptons still,,taking medicine for flammation in left ear,could the flammation/infection cause this foggines in head feeling? making me feel like im losing my mind,can't get to bottom
