The Past Two Days On Two Separate Occasions I Had

The past two days on two separate occasions I had the sharp severe chest pain when swallowing. Extremely painful. The first time I was swallowing soda so I thought I had swallowed "wrong" and the carbonation was to blame for it being so painful but yesterday it happened with water?? It is not specific to a certain side of my chest...seems like right down the middle where the liquid would travel when swallowing. Also, have been very tired and seems like I have a lot of water retention mainly in my face. At least it is very noticeable in my face.
