The Past Two Months When I Should Be Starting My

The past two months when I should be starting my period it's not my normal "period" instead it's thick and gooey and dark brown. I do t actually even have a flow it all just sits up in my vagina. If I stuck my fingers in it I can scrape it out but it doesn't flow out on its own... I'm just a bit concerned on what it is if it is my period
