The Past Week I Have Had No Appetite At All

The past week I have had no appetite at all or any desire to eat until suddenly I feel starving but normally then I haven't eaten all day and it's quite late. I also found sometimes when I try to swallow food I physically can't do it, I gag and feel like I'm going to throw up.
