The Patient Has Been Diagnosed With Deviated Nasal Septum With

The patient has been diagnosed with Deviated Nasal Septum with bilateral Turbinate Hypertrophy.She is 16 yrs old now,so we have been advised not to go for surgery till 18yrs.But patient suffers from Headache(They told it as Vaccum Headache) very often,say once in two days with heavy weight of head.We were advised to do breathing exercises and to use Xylomist Nasal Spray.Still not relieving pain.kindly suggest conservative treatment.thanks
