The Pelvicalyceal System Of The Right Kidney Appears Totally (?)

The pelvicalyceal system of the right kidney appears totally (?) split by the parenchyma into upper & the lower moiety's. Both upper & the lower moiety's appears mildly dilated. The pelvicalyceal system of the left kidney appears single and normal.

This is my findings from ultrasonogram report. would you please explain me how much dangerorous it is? is it curable? I don't understand it. Thanks
