The Pollen Is Starting To Come Out And My Allergies

The pollen is starting to come out and my allergies are acting up. I noticed my throat getting itchy but didn't think much of it. Then I noticed it felt like a had a cut in the back of my mouth. I looked in my mouth in the mirror with a flashlight. I discovered not only do I have a strange red bump (more of a small, hardened itchy area than a bump) on the back of my mouth, but I also have white areas on the roof of my mouth and strange bumps on the back of my tongue with more white around it. What is going on? Thanks
