The Prepuce Of Clitoris Is VERY Itchy, It Was Happening

The prepuce of clitoris is VERY itchy, It was happening after my period but now it is just happening. I have been using vaginal anti itch cream for relief but this time there is no relief. I don't razor shave, I use a trimmer. I haven't recently changed any soaps, detergents, or fabric of panties. There is a lil bit of discharge on my clitoris when I pull the skin back and it itches(not scratching it because it swells up the area) Please help
