The report of ultrasound says that mildly increased echogenicity of left kidney . Left kidney size is 8.5x4.8cms. The left intra renal flows are normal. My ACR is. 04 and MAU spoturine is20mg/l 24 hrs urine protein is 39 and volume is 3000ml/day. My blood Cretinine is. 9 and urea is 31. I have some urine infection feeling since two days back Plz advice
