The ribs and muscle under my left breast are painful. Began this morning during aerobics class and thought it was a “stitch” in a weird place. It hurts in positions where that area is compressed or when I take a deep breath. I eat very well, resting HR is in the 40s, get 15,000 to 25,000 steps a day so I’m in good health. I take 20mg atorvastatin, budesenide ( have reduced dose to 1 capsul 4 x5 times per week), Vit D3, Vit B12, arthritis strength Tylenol for arthritis pain.
