The Right Ovary Is Normal In Size And Measures 3.5

The right ovary is normal in size and measures 3.5 x 3.4 x 3.2 cm. to complex cystic masses are seen in the right ovary measuring 2.7 x 1.7 x 1.7 cm and 2.7 x 2.0 x 1.4 cm. The left ovary is normal in size and measures 5.7 x 1.5 x 3.7 cm. A complex cystic mass containing septations and low level internal echoes is identified in the left ovary measuring 4.0 x 1.6 x 3.0 cm.
Arterial and venous flow are preserved bilaterally with resistive indices of 0.52 on the right and 0.48 on the left. No free fluid is seen.
